About the Alter L’ego method

The phrase “be yourself” can be deceptive. It seems to suggest that there is one single, “real” version of you, and that you just need to return to it.

But the phrase “be more” encourages you to grow, to transform yourself, to become better than you were before.

The Alter L'ego method is a system of personality reconstruction developed by the author based on the use of alternative roles, the architecture of consciousness, and scenario thinking.

Inside the method

The method proceeds from the idea that a person's personality is not a fixed "I", but a multi-layered structure consisting of roles, reactions, and behaviors that can be assembled for specific purposes. Unlike classical psychology and coaching, this method does not focus on solving problems or correcting old aspects of a person's personality.

Instead, its goal is to create a new configuration of consciousness - new roles, states, and scenarios that lead to a "different version" of oneself.

Stop acting like you used to

A fresh perspective on your responses will enable you to break free from automaticity and ingrained emotional patterns. You will start to act in a different manner — with greater composure and assurance, replacing your old responses with deliberate choices.

03

Create a new version of yourself

If the old version has exhausted itself, it does not need to be “repaired". The Alter L'Ego method helps you assemble a new personality from your chosen roles and states, forming an “I” configuration that supports your goals.

04

Become the author of your life

The method develops the author's position: you manage states, choose roles, and build your own life scenario — just like in the movies. A sense of control, clarity, and influence over your reality returns.

  1. 01

Work with the personality structure, not with problems.

  2. 02

Change fast, because the way you see things is changing, not just how you react.

  3. 03

The fusion of psychological insights, narrative structuring, and energy dynamics into a unified approach.

  4. 04

Creating a new identity, not correcting the old one.

  5. 05

Consistency, which allows you to build a personalityas a project.

  6. 06

The practicality of this approach is enhanced through the process of scenario adaptation.

Alter L’ego and cinema

Actors use an alter ego to enter a role, sustain emotional demands and withstand the pressure of the camera.

An actor does not play themselves — they construct themselves for the task.

07

A mature approach to yourself

The Alter L’Ego method is considered elite not because of status, but because it requires a mature, conscious relationship with yourself. It is for those willing to work with personality as a system, rather than superficially.
